Our take
For a first set for my 5-year-old, this XDriveMax set is fine. The clubs are properly sized for his height, and the gray color is nice. He can swing them without too much trouble. But again, no putter, and the materials feel cheap. The bag is a simple carry type without a stand, which is inconvenient. At $180.99, it's on the higher side for a 5-piece set. It works, but I'd look for a set that includes a putter and a stand bag for the same money.
